Qodexify provides web application development, AI agent development, workflow automation, and website development services. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or statement of work agreed between Qodexify and the client.

3. Website use

Content on this website is provided for informational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this site's content for commercial purposes without written permission.

4. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in a project contract, deliverables become the client's property upon final payment. Qodexify retains the right to reuse general methods, frameworks, and non-confidential know-how developed during an engagement.

5. Payment & cancellation

Payment terms are defined per project in a signed proposal. Either party may terminate an engagement per the notice terms specified in that proposal; work completed up to the termination date is payable.

6. Limitation of liability

Qodexify is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or delivered software, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
