What is AvrioBooks?
AvrioBooks is double-entry cloud accounting software for small businesses, freelancers and accountants. It covers invoices and bills, bank reconciliation, 25 financial reports, budgets, team permissions and more in one place, so you can stop running your finances from spreadsheets.
Who makes AvrioBooks?
AvrioBooks is a product of Qodexify. The same senior engineering team that builds web apps, AI agents and automation for clients designs, builds and runs AvrioBooks.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every business starts with a 30-day free trial that includes everything in the Premium plan. No credit card is required, and each new business comes with a demo company full of sample data to explore.
How much does AvrioBooks cost?
Plans are priced per business per month, excluding VAT: Starter is 12 pounds (16 US dollars), Standard is 25 pounds (34 dollars) and Premium is 36 pounds (49 dollars). Paying annually gives two months free. There are no contracts, and you can cancel any time.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your business becomes read-only, so you can still view and export everything. Nothing is deleted. Administrators can also permanently delete a business or account whenever they choose.
Can AvrioBooks connect directly to my bank?
AvrioBooks imports bank statements from CSV, OFX, QFX and QIF files, shows a preview, and suggests matches for each line. Bank rules and auto-reconcile handle routine items. Automatic bank feeds are not available yet.
Can I control what my team and accountant see?
Yes. There are five roles (Administrator, Advisor, Standard, Read only and Invoice only) with per-feature permissions. Premium adds approval workflows, an audit log, two-factor authentication and session controls.
Can accountants manage several clients?
Yes. You can switch between businesses from one login: Standard covers 3 businesses and Premium covers 10. The Advisor role gives full access to the books without managing users or billing, and report packs can be scheduled by email.
Can I integrate AvrioBooks with my other systems?
AvrioBooks supports Google sign-in, CSV import and export to Excel and PDF, and includes a REST API. If you need a custom workflow around it, Qodexify's workflow automation team can help.
